 　　9月4日，据《财经》报道，为了获得DeepSeek投资份额，一名投资人曾支付500万元“见面费”，希望与创始人梁文锋见面，最终未能如愿。

　　报道称，这名投资人提前两天赶到杭州，在DeepSeek总部附近的酒店等待，最终没有见到梁文锋，随后要回了500万元。

　　随着DeepSeek融资受到追捧，市场上还出现了大量自称与梁文锋存在私人关系的中间人。“梁文锋的发小”“梁文锋的亲戚”和“浙大同学”等身份，被用来证明所谓投资通道的可靠性，但这些关系大多难以核实。

　　类似情况也出现在月之暗面融资中。8月14日，月之暗面发布声明，否认存在所谓“朋友基金”“特殊通道”“老股额度”和“官方代理”，并表示已向公安机关反映相关乱象。
