希望订阅此服务的家长、监护人和学生可以通过手机短信注册，只需输入以下文本：MOE<空格>REGO<空格>[中央代码]<空格>[考生编号]<空格>[考生身份证号码]，并分别发送至8885555（DST用户）、38666（Progresif用户）或39966（Imagine用户）。
家长/监护人及学生可于2026年8月20日（星期四）起开始订阅此项服务。通过手机注册无需支付任何费用。
